Refund & Returns Policy

LC Bags is a UK-based small business producing items in limited quantities. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.
To cancel:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the item

Conditions of Return

Returned items must be:
  • Unused, unworn, and in resalable condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, including dust bags, tags, and labels
  • Free from marks, odours, damage, or signs of handling beyond reasonable inspection
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store.
Any use beyond this may result in a deduction or refusal of refund, as permitted by law.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Returns must be sent using a tracked service
LC Bags is not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
  • We reserve the right to reduce or refuse refunds where the item’s value has been diminished through handling or use

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if an item is faulty or not as described.

Please notify us:
  • Within 48 hours for damage or incorrect items on delivery
  • With clear photo or video evidence and your order number
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate, and cover reasonable return postage.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless required by law:
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned used, worn, or incomplete

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
Please return the item (subject to this policy) and place a new order.
